Parison control
The task of Parison control is to adjust the thickness of different parts of the product wall. The operation method is that the signals received from the LVDT along with the thickness value set by the device panel are issued as a command to the hydraulic valve. Then, using the programming done in the thickness board (PID controller), different parts of the product wall are controlled.
What does controlling the wall thickness of the product mean?
Parison control or parison means dynamic control of parison thickness to obtain a container with uniform thickness in air plastic machine. The control parison helps maintain the required thickness axially and radially on an extrusion/injection blow molded (BM) product.
